"Meet the Band" Performance

Aug 21: 5pm - Meet The Band Night!
Parents and supporters are invited to enjoy the band's first performance of the season.

What to bring to Band Camp:
Instrument, pencil, lunch, water, hat, sunscreen, closed-toe shoes,  water, and more water.

Fair share fees:
$200.00 per member (band and colorguard pay the same fee)
(Cost of marching/colorguard shoes not included)

Payment dates:
$100.00 due August 15
$100.00 due September 15

Fall Rehearsal Schedule:
Monday and Wednesday, 6:30 - 9:00 pm

Instruments:
Instrument rental fee is $25.
Rental agreements will be signed on the first day of band camp.
Drumline and front ensemble members must pay a $25 usage fee.
Make rental and usage checks payable to "Sprague High School Band".

Class Registration:
Make sure you're registered for "Sprague Olympian Marching Band" (Course #TB2024),
in addition to your regular band class.

Payment Information:
1 - Pay in person at your first day of Band Camp, or
2 - Send payments (No Cash Please!) to:

  Please include your student’s name on the “memo” line of the check.

Students will receive a statement during Band Camp for their balance due.
Final Payments can be mailed or placed in the Band Box located in the band room.
 
 Fees must be paid in full before a student can participate in any optional activities.
