Attention Volunteers !!!!!!!
School district policy
requires that all volunteers MUST have a Salem Keizer School District
Background Check on file.
If you have previously completed the background check form, it is
likely still valid and you won't have to file again.
The event coordinator will check with the school district to see if
your background check is current.
If you're a new volunteer, visit the school district's volunteer web
page to obtain the
background check form.

Fill out the form and mail it to the school
district's Human
Resources office,
or drop it off at the Sprague business office.
Allow several weeks for the background check to be completed.
